Retal signs SAR 948M deals to develop 947 houses in Riyadh

Retal Urban Development Co. signed on Oct. 27 two agreements worth SAR 947.61 million with National Housing Co. (NHC).
The deals entail the purchase of developed land plots to construct 947 residential units in Al Khozam, Riyadh, according to a statement to Tadawul.
