TASI surges 1.9% to 10,221 points, turnover at SAR 5.6 bln

Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 1.9%, or 188 points, higher at 10,221 points today, Dec. 13.

Total turnover reached nearly SAR 5.6 billion.

Al Rajhi Bank rose 4% to SAR 75, while Saudi Aramco edged up 1% to SAR 30.65.

Saudi National Bank, SABB, Arab National Bank, Bank Albilad, Bahri, Alinma Ban, Tadawul Group and Sipchem gained between 2% and 6. %.

Banque Saudi Fransi and Naqi Water closed at SAR 37.85 (+2%) and SAR 64.50 (+1%), respectively.

Americana jumped 12% to SAR 3.08, with nearly 420 million shares traded.

Tanmiah went almost limit up to close at SAR 113.60.
