AXA’s board member resigns

AXA Cooperative Insurance Co. said in a bourse statement that board member (non-executive), Wilm Langenbach, has submitted his resignation, effective as of July 31, 2019.

 

Langenbach joined the board of directors on May 31, 2018, the statement added.
