Dallah Healthcare Co. invited its shareholders to participate in the ordinary general assembly meeting through electronic voting on April 20, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders will vote on the financial results as well as the board and auditor’s reports for the fiscal year (FY) ended Dec. 31, 2019.
They will also vote on appointing an auditor, discharging board members from liabilities for FY 2019, in addition to a board remuneration of SAR 1.8 million for the last year.
Shareholders will further vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual basis for 2020, the statement noted.
The Capital Market Authority (CMA) issued, on March 16, circular enabling shareholders to participate and vote on general meeting agenda items through Tadawulaty system in line with the government’s efforts to prevent spread of coronavirus.
