Tadawul: Derayah REIT, Tihama go ex-dividend today

Units of Derayah REIT Fund and stocks of Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. have their ex-dividend today, July 15.

 

Derayah Financial announced the distribution of cash dividend to Derayah REIT Fund unitholders for the second quarter of 2020, at SAR 0.09 per unit, or 0.90% initial price per unit. The payment date will be Aug. 10, 2020, within 13 days from record date.

 

Tihama’s board of directors recommended capital hike to SAR 175 million from SAR 75 million, through SAR 100 million rights issue to boost the company’s expansions.
