Tadawul: Derayah REIT goes ex-dividend today

Units of Derayah REIT Fund have their ex-dividend today, Jan. 14, 2021.

 

Derayah REIT will pay a 2.04% cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2020, at SAR 0.204 per unit, amounting to SAR 21.93 million.

 

The payment date will be Feb. 14, 2021.
