MIS inks SAR 53.77 mln contract with Albawani, Shibh Al-jazira JV

Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) signed today, Jan. 21, 2021, a contract with Albawani Ltd and Shibh Al-jazira joint venture (JV), valued at SAR 53.77 million (including value-added tax (VAT), the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

The one-year contract term will start from the site handover date and will include design, supply, installation, and all UPS works in 2021. It will also include control, testing, delivery, and guarantee of all electronic business systems, light current, and three MTR units with their requirements during the same period.

 

The financial impact of the contract will appear during Q1, Q2, and Q3 of 2021, the company said, noting that there are no related parties.
