Taiba appoints new board member

Taiba Investments Co.'s board of directors approved today, April 28, 2021, the appointment of Eid bin Faleh bin Saif Al-Shamiry as an independent board member, effective May 1, 2021, until Dec. 31, 2023, according to a bourse filing.

 

The appointment is pending the approval of shareholders in their upcoming general assembly.
