Here are average prices of residential land in Saudi cities in Q2 2021

Real Estate General Authority (REGA) published the details of prices per square meter (sqm) for residential lands in a number of neighborhoods in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Madinah, and Makkah during the second quarter of 2021.

 

Riyadh:

 

Al Qayrawan neighborhood in Riyadh witnessed the highest increase in the average price/sqm for residential land, with prices rising 41% to SAR 3,930 in Q2 2021, compared to SAR 2,787 for the same period in 2020.

 

Meanwhile, price/sqm in Al Hamra district was the lowest by 24%.

 

Al Nakheel neighborhood was the highest in residential land prices in Riyadh during Q2 2021, at SAR 4,517/sqm, while the lowest was Al Ghanamiya neighborhood at SAR 258/sqm.

 

Jeddah:

 

Al Wafa district had the highest increase in average price/sqm of residential land during Q2 2021, by 40% to stand at SAR 816.

 

Meanwhile, price/sqm in Al Sheraa district in Jeddah was the lowest by 58%.

 

Al Shati neighborhood was the highest in residential land prices in Jeddah during Q2 2021, at SAR 4,258/sqm, while the lowest was Riyadh neighborhood at SAR 704/sqm.

 

Makkah:

 

Al Umrah had the highest rise in price/sqm of residential lands in Q2 2021, by 38% to reach SAR 827.

 

Meanwhile, Ash-Sharaʼiʽ neighborhood had the most decline by 67%.

 

Aziziyah had the highest prices for residential land in Makkah at SAR 2,721/sqm, while the lowest was Ash-Sharaʼiʽ neighborhood at SAR 223/sqm.

 

Madinah:

 

Al Khadra neighborhood had the highest increase in average price/sqm of residential lands during Q2 2021, by 47% to stand at SAR 615.

 

Meanwhile, price/sqm in Abu Markha district decreased by 49%.

 

Al Anahi neighborhood was the highest in residential land prices during Q2 2021 at SAR 3,217/sqm, while the lowest was Al Mindassah neighborhood at SAR 137/sqm.

 

Dammam:

 

Al Shula district had the highest increase in the average price/sqm of residential lands during Q2 2021, by 40% to reach SAR 1,999.

 

Meanwhile, price/sqm in Ar Rakah Ash Shamaliyah district had the most decline by 32%.

 

Al Shula neighborhood was the highest in residential land prices, reaching SAR 1,999/sqm, while the lowest was Al Fursan neighborhood at SAR 871/sqm.
