Abo Moati shareholders elect board members for upcoming term

Abdullah Saad Mohammed Abo Moati for Bookstores Co. (Abo Moati) shareholders elected a new board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting on Dec. 16, 2021, during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on Dec. 14, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The new board includes Ahmed Naja AlTheabi, Mohammed Abdullah Abo Moati, Saad Abdullah Abo Moati, Saeed Omar Ba Saeed, Mohammed Omair Alotaibi, Abdullah Saud Al-Rashoud, Yousef Mohammed Alqafari, Mashari Abdulrhman Alnashmi and Omar Mohammed Alrais.

 

Meanwhile, shareholders approved amending the work regulations of the audit committee as well as the formation of the committee.

 

The audit committee members are Muhammad bin Omair Al-Otaibi (Chairman), Abdullah bin Saud Al-Rashoud (member) and Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Ajlah (member).
