CHUBB Arabia shareholders approve appointing audit committee member

CHUBB Arabia Cooperative Insurance Co. approved the appointment of Bader AlReziza as an independent audit committee member, effective as of Jan. 27, 2022, until end of current term on July 25, 2024.

 

This came during the company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Jan. 27, 2022, according to a bourse filing.

 

AlReziza will replace former committee member Abdullah Bakhraibah.
