Saudi Re shareholders approve auditor appointment

Saudi Reinsurance Co.’s (Saudi Re) shareholders approved the audit committee’s recommendation to appoint Al Azem, Al Sudairy, Al Shaikh & Partners to audit the company’s financial statements for Q2, Q3, 2022 and Q1 2023, and determine their fees.

 

The decision came during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on Feb. 24, the insurer said in a statement to Tadawul.
