MIS renews, amends SAR 1.7 bln Islamic facility agreement with Banque Saudi Fransi

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) renewed and amended, on March 6, a SAR 1.7 billion Shariah-compliant facility agreement with Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF), the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The financing period is valid until March 31, 2023, and the amount is guaranteed by a promissory note.

 

The credit is intended to finance new project contracts and issue bank guarantees, the statement added.

 

There are no related parties to this agreement, the statement noted.
