Sumou Real Estate appoints new external audit committee member

Sumou Real Estate Co.’s board of directors announced the appointment of Ziad Al Bassam from March 12, 2022, as external audit committee member in place of Khalid Kaid who resigned citing personal reasons.

 

The decision will be discussed at the first general assembly meeting for approval.
