Yamama Cement Co.’s building
Yamama Cement Co.’s shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2022, during the ordinary general meeting held on March 28.
The cement producer said in a bourse statement that shareholders approved the board and audit reports, as well as financial statements for 2021.
They also discharged board members from liability for 2021, and approved the appointment of an external auditor to audit the financial statements for Q3, Q4, and 2022, and Q1 2023.
In addition, they approved various business and contracts concluded with other companies.
According to the data available with Argaam, Yamama Cement last distributed cash dividends for 2019, when the company paid a dividend of 5% (SAR 0.5 per share).
