Almarai to start e-voting for EGM on April 10

Almarai Co. will start on April. 10, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) that will be held on April 12, according to a bourse filing.

 

The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through the Tadawulaty system, in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

 

The company’s shareholders will vote on the board's recommendation to distribute a 10% cash dividend, or SAR 1 per share, for 2021.
