Almarai shareholders elect board members for new term

Almarai Co.’s shareholders elected board members for the upcoming three-year term starting on Aug. 7, 2022, during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on June 14, according to a bourse statement.  

The elected board members are Naif Al Kabeer, Saud Al Kabeer, Salman AlSudairy, Bader Al Issa, Sulaiman Al Muhaidib, Waleed Fatani, Ammar Alkhudairy, Mohammed Al Mousa, and, Hosam A. Alqurashi.   

Shareholders also elected five audit committee members for the same term, including Eid AlShamri, Raied Alseif and Sulaiman Alhatlan.
