SIDC shareholders approve appointing auditor

Saudi Industrial Development Co. (SIDC) shareholders approved appointing Dr. Mohamed Al-Amri & Co. as company auditor and setting their fees, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on July 17, according to a bourse filing.

 

The auditor will review financial statements for Q2, Q3 and 2022, as well as Q1 2023.
