National Company for Learning & Education (NCLE) will start operating Tarbyh Namouthajiyah International Schools’ (TNIS) new Tilal Al-Doha educational campus in Al-Qusur district, Dhahran, as of the upcoming 2022/2023 academic year starting Aug. 28.

Spanning a land area of 9,875 square meters, the educational complex follows the American International Curriculum, catering to early childhood, primary, secondary and tertiary education for boys and girls, according to a bourse filing.

NCLE noted that the girls' section has been added to integrate all educational services and attract a wider segment of students.

Accordingly, this will maximize student count and raise the occupancy rate, as the actual capacity reaches 2,300 pupils, the statement highlighted.

The financial impact of the opening will appear as of the first quarter of FY 2023.

In Dec. 2021, NCLE terminated the contract with Aja Trading and Contracting Co. (a related party) to establish Tilal Al-Doha educational campus, before inking a deal with Suhul Al-Baidha Establishment for Construction to complete on-site construction for SAR 18.2 million, according to Argaam’s data.
