SAIC names Musa Al-Ruwaili as Acting CEO

Saudi Advanced Industries Co.'s (SAIC) board of directors approved, on Nov. 20, the appointment of Musa Al-Ruwaili as Acting CEO, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Further, the board agreed to transfer the duties of Mohammed AlShetwey as CEO to Managing Director Advisor, with the same job description and administrative level.

 

The decision came into effect as of Nov. 20.  

 

Al-Ruwaili has administrative and investment experience of more than 20 years and holds a Bachelor's degree from King Saud University. He also serves as board member in several public joint stock companies.
