MIS allocates 1.50% of 2023 – 2025 annual net earnings to Ehsan platform

Al Moammar Information Systems Co.'s (MIS) board of directors approved, today, Jan. 10, the social responsibility policy for the years 2023, 2024 and 2025, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.

 

The decision is subject to the approval of the next general meeting, whose date will be announced later.

 

The policy aims to donate 1.50% of the company's annual net earnings to Ehsan platform, the statement said.

 

The policy will be subject to change based on any fundamental amendments to the company's strategy or any obligations to financing agencies that may arise in the future.
