MIS approves trademark of Al-Tamayouz Application Solutions, embarks on establishing new units

Al-Moammar Information Systems Co.’s (MIS) board of directors approved adopting “MIS PAY” as a trademark of Al-Tamayouz Company for Application Solutions for Information Technology (MIS Forward).

In a statement to Tadawul, MIS said MIS Pay will provide all “Buy Now Pay Later” services and applications, to be launched once the relevant permits are obtained from competent authorities.

MIS board also decided to start measures for establishing new companies, including MIS Home for e-market services, and a company specializing in open banking.

Moreover, the Tadawul-listed firm said the products were previously developed by MIS Forward, adding that any material developments will be announced later.

In September 2021, MIS board greenlit the establishment of a wholly-owned limited liability company in Riyadh to develop and provide services in fintech and e-markets, Argaam earlier reported.
