Tadawul: Derayah REIT goes ex-dividend today

Units of Derayah REIT Fund have their ex-dividend today, Jan. 15, for Q4 2022.

 

Fund manager Derayah Capital had announced a cash dividend at 1.4% of capital, or SAR 0.14 per unit, for Q4 2022, according to data available on Argaam.

 

The dividend will be distributed to unitholders within 39 business days from the record date, on March 12.
