Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) completed issuing its US dollar denominated Sukuk at a value of $900 million.
In a statement to Tadawul, BSF pointed out that the Sukuk issue settlement will be on May 31.

Sukuk will be listed on the International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange (LSE), the statement added, noting that Sukuk may only be sold by virtue of Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
The bank started on May 23 issuing its US dollar denominated Sukuk under its Trust Certificate Issuance Program, Argaam earlier reported.
