Al Rashid Industrial says 2023 results audit in final stages, to be filed in additional period

Al Rashid Industrial Co. said that the audit of its 2023 financial results is in the final stages. The company aims to disclose its results in the additional period specified by the market regulator, ending on May 6.

 

The procedures for suspending the trading of listed securities shall apply according to the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) decision dated Jan. 30, 2019, Al-Rashid said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

No costs will be incurred by the company due to this event, and any financial impact will be duly announced.

 

On March 31, the company said it was unable to publish its annual financial results, Argaam reported.
