Edaa applies Sumou’s capital increase to shareholder portfolios today

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) applied the increase in the number of Sumou Real Estate Co.’s shares to the accounts of eligible shareholders today, June 11, according to a Tadawul filing.

 

According to Argaam data, Sumou’s shareholders approved last week the board’s proposal for increasing capital by 33.3% through a 1-for-3 bonus issue by capitalizing SAR 125 million from retained earnings.
