MIS signs contract with Microsoft Arabia, Data Center Fund 1

Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) signed today, July 25, a joint contract with Microsoft Arabia Ltd and Saudi Data Center Fund 1 to provide colocation and data center services at an approximate value of over 50% of the former’s 2023 revenues.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the contract duration is 10 years, with two optional extension terms of five years each.

The agreement allows Microsoft Arabia an option to increase the reserved capacity up to 300% of the initial capacity.

MIS is a related party to this contract due to its role as the exclusive leasing agent and the facility manager for the six data centers owned by Saudi Data Center Fund 1 .

The contract’s positive financial impact will appear as of Q2 2026, the company said, adding that it will announce any relevant developments in due course.
