Al-Razi obtains SAR 3M credit facilities from Al Rajhi Bank

Al-Razi Medical Co. obtained a SAR 3 million Shariah-compliant credit facilities from Al Rajhi Bank.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the three-year credit facilities will go towards financing the working capital.

The credit is covered by a declaration of guarantee of fine, performance and commitment from the Chairman of the board.

 

No related parties are included in the deal, the statement added.
