Further announcement of Mouasah Company for Medical Services regarding the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Emaar Enterprise Co., Ltd.

Further to the Company's announcement published on the website of Tadawul on June, 24,2013 regarding the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Emaar Enterprise Co., Ltd., Mouasah Medical Services would like to announce that it has signed a contract for the implementation of the expansion project of Al Moasah Hospital in Jubail Industrial City with Emaar Enterprise Co., Ltd. on Monday, July 22, 2013, As it has been published on June, 5,2013 that the company's BOD has approved the expansion project

Noting that the value of the contract is amounted to SR 70 million and the implementation of the project is  to begin as of August 1, 2013 for a period of 18 months
