TADC sells a plot of land in Medina for SAR 56.2m:

Taiba Holding Company announced today on tadawul the sale of a plot of land by its affiliated company, Taiba Agricultural Development Company (TADC).

The sold land is occupying 703,000 m2 in King Khaled’s Road in Medina and was sold for SAR 56.2m with a realized capital gain of SAR 32.8m.
