Taiba ends the MoU with Knowledge Economic City

Taiba Holding Company announced today on Tadawul the expiration of the memorandum of understanding signed earlier by 2 affiliated companies, AL Aqeeq and ARAC, with Knowledge Economic City company to form a limited liability company.

Taiba mentioned that the MoU has automatically expired since the different parties haven’t reached any agreements regarding the purpose of the MoU.
