Dallah Healthcare soon to approve SAR 97.5 mln land deal

Dallah Healthcare Holding Company’s board will ​likely ​approve a SAR 97.5 deal to  buy 6,300 square meters of land when it holds its annual general meeting on April 29, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The land currently hosts the al-Nakheel neighborhood which is owned by Sheikh Saleh Kamel, one of the company’s shareholders.

The area is adjacent to Dallah Hospital in Riyadh​,​ and will be the future site of a new medical tower. It will serve as an extension of the hospital and have specialized polyclinics, pharmacies​,​ and other facilities.

 
The company, which operates and manages health complexes, added that the land was appraised by independent real estate experts.
 
Dallah is also involved in wholesale and retail trade of medical tools and artificial limbs.
