Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) has signed a partnership agreement with Saudi-based e-Learning company Semanoor to set up “Rosom,” a new educational platform targeting schools and universities in the kingdom.
Mobily will provide educational services and applications through the new service, which enables students to convert drawings into moving scenes, without prior software or programming knowledge.
Students can make use of a library consisting of more than 300 personalities and more than 8,000 moves, the teleco said in a statement.
The program will be available on several devices including PS3, Wii, iPhone, Mac, and Windows.
