Al Hammadi Co. for Development and Investment has launched trial operations at Al Nuzha hospital today after successfully completing construction works, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
Total costs of the hospital project amounted to SAR 823 million, including land costs.
Al Hammadi said commercial operations will start after obtaining regulatory approvals.
Al Nuzha hospital, which extends on 21,809 sqm, has a capacity of 650 beds including 75 beds for intensive care cases, 320 beds for long-term stay, in addition to 64 clinics for walk-in patients.
The new hospital is expected to boost Al Hammadi’s overall capacity to 1,378 beds and 202 outpatient clinics.
