Chubb Arabia shareholders approve board rules, policies

Chubb Arabia Cooperative Insurance Co.’s ordinary general assembly on Saturday approved the updated charter for the board’s audit committee and nominations and remunerations committee, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders also approved the updated corporate governance internal policy, board member appointment policy, as well as the remuneration policy for the board, subcommittees, and company personnel.
