AXA shareholders elect board members

AXA Cooperative Insurance Co. general assembly has elected members of the board of directors for the new three-year term that ends on May 23, 2021, the company said in a bourse statement.

The new board includes, Yousef Abalkhail, Hani Obaid, Stephen Wagstaff, Paul Adamson, Omar Al Jeraisy, Ali Kanoo, Nicolas Di Nezalli and Film lengenbeach.

During the meeting, shareholders also approved restructuring the audit committee and approved board action for the period from May24, 2018 until the meeting’s day.
