Walaa Insurance vice chairman Al Othman resigns

Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company on Thursday said vice chairman Abdullah Mohammed Al Othman has resigned from Aug.1, citing personal reasons.

 

His membership for the current board term started on May 26, 2016, the insurer said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company will announce his replacement, after obtaining approval of the supervisory authorities on the appointment.
