Saudi Paper withholds audit committee’s remuneration

Shareholders of Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (SPM) approved withholding SAR 312,000 in remuneration for the audit committee for fiscal year 2018, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday.

 

No external auditor was appointed, the statement added.
