Horizon Educational Co. said profit rose to SAR 10.2 million by the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024, up from SAR 8.9 million in the year-earlier period.

Revenues saw a 14.5% year-on-year (YoY) increase, driven by the enrollment of more students.

 

Gross profit increased by SAR 2.22 million YoY, while operating income increased by 10.3% YoY.

 

Total shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, reached SAR 71.65 million as of June 30, 2024, compared to SAR 43.51 million a year earlier.

 

The company has not amended its bylaws or commercial register following its listing and transition from a closed to a public joint-stock company.
