Al Ahsa Development swings to net profit in nine-months 2015

Al Ahsa Development Co. reported a net profit of SAR 42.7 million for the first nine months of 2015, compared to a net loss of SAR 12.3 million in the same period last year due to consolidating the financials of Al Ahsa Medical Services Co. and higher capital gains on investments.
