stc to pay 4% cash dividend for Q1 2024

Tadawul-listed telecom giant stc announced that it will pay a cash dividend at 4%, or SAR 0.4 a share, for Q1 2024, as follows:

In a statement to Tadawul, the telecom operator said 15.49 million shares, so far, are not eligible for dividends as they are allocated for the employee incentive program.

 

The decision is in line with stc’s three-year dividend payment policy, which started in Q4 2021 and was approved during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Nov. 30, 2021. The amended policy was approved during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Aug. 30, 2022, on payment of SAR 0.40 a share on a quarterly basis.
