Arriyadh Development names Abdullah Albahouth as managing director

Arriyadh Development Co.’s (ARDCO) board of directors appointed Abdullah Albahouth as managing director and amended the membership status to an executive member as of today, April 21, 2021.

Albahouth is a member of Yamama Cement Co.’s board and was a member of the board of Dar Al Tamleek Co. He held many leadership positions in the Public Pension Agency (PPA), and has wide and varied administrative experience, the company said in a bourse statement.

In a separate statement, the company announced the resignation of Albahouth from ARDCO’s audit committee.

The resignation was submitted on April 20, 2021, and becomes effective today.
