Arriyadh Development board reappoints bin Ayyaf as Chairman, names Al-Subaie Vice Chairman

Arriyadh Development Co.’s (ARDCO) board of directors reappointed today, June 29, Prince Faisal bin Ayyaf as Chairman and named Majid Al-Subaie as Vice Chairman, according to a bourse filing.

During the meeting, board members also formed the nominations and remuneration committee as well as the executive committee. They also named the board secretary and the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), the statement added.
