Riyadh Municipality approves plans for 23,500 housing units year to date

Riyadh Municipality approved 23 plans for 23,500 housing units spanning 22 million square meters during the first eight months of 2022.
This contributed to achieving comprehensive urban development in the city, through increasing the number of housing units, the municipality stated.
It added that the move enabled the real estate sector to grow and expand, in line with the national housing plans, in addition to raising the percentage of home ownership for Saudi citizens.
