“Arriyadh Development Company (ARDCO) starts rentals in its freezing and refrigerated warehouses project in Aziziyah-Riyadh”; said a statement on tadawul today.
The project consists of 56 warehouses with various sizes ranging from 170m2 to 182m2 and occupying a total area of 27,865m2.
The financial effect of this project is to be realized on Q4 of 2012 financials.
