United International Transportation Company (Budget) said it approved on Thursday a 25 percent capital raise from SAR 406.6 million to SAR 508.3 million through the issuance of one bonus share for every four shares.
The company also approved a 17 percent cash dividend to be issued at SAR 1.7 per share for 2014.
