eXtra appoints Yousef Al Quraishi as Chairman

United Electronics Co.’s (eXtra) board, in its meeting held on May 13, 2024, named Yousef Al Quraishi as Chairman of the board, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Fozan Al Fozan was named as Vice-Chairman while Mohamed Fahmy wa appointed as Managing Director, the statement added.

The board also formed the audit committee, headed by Fahad Al Mansour, and included Mohammed Al-Obeid and Mohammed Nader as members among others.

The board, in addition, formed the nomination and remuneration committee and named the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), and the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa).

Additionally, the Secretary of the board was appointed during the board meeting.
