Ammar Al-Ghoul joined Retal PJSC in 2022 and since then has served as the Group's Chief Financial Officer, overseeing, and structuring the business's finances strategically. In his role as Firm CFO of Agthia PJSC in the UAE, Al-Ghoul oversaw supporting both organic and non-organic growth for the entire organization.

Al-Ghoul is skilled in auditing, corporate finance, debt governance, debt restriction, and investment management strategy. He has more than 23 years of expertise in the finance sector.

Before joining Retal, Al-Ghoul had important management positions with several businesses in the GCC and Jordan, including Agthia PJSC, MS Pharma, Deloitte Touche, and Al Fozan Holding Company, where he was the group chief financial officer.
