Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Co.’s shares will be listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Sunday, Sept. 17.
The shares will have a fluctuation limit of 10 percent and their symbol will be 3007, Tadawul said in a statement.
Zahrat Al Waha floated 4.5 million shares, or 30 percent of capital, during the period from Aug. 13 to Aug. 20, Argaam reported earlier.
The IPO was 263.34 percent oversubscribed by retail investors. A total of 49,943 investors purchased 2.37 million shares at a total value of SAR 120.87 million, or SAR 51 per share.
