JAZADCO board member resigns

Jazan Energy and Development Co.’s (JAZADCO) board of director accepted on Thursday the resignation of board member Mohamed Al-Aydy, with immediate effect, the firm said in a bourse statement.

 

Al-Aydy has also resigned from his position as an audit committee member, a separate statement added.
